As part of our commitment to excellence, each of our instructors are certified in the group exercise discipline they teach and taking a class at the WellAware Center instantly transports you to a fun, innovative environment where you will find new friends and push yourself to heights you never imagined. You may find yourself scheduling your work day around your favorite class or instructor and will look forward to your time in our group exercise studios.

We offer a wide variety of group fitness experiences such as:

Better Balance - This class helps improve balance, prevent falls and enjoy a higher quality of life. Exercises are adjusted to your unique ability level.

Barre Basics - Named after the barre that ballerinas use to warm up and develop balance, Barre is a type of exercise that stems from a combination of ballet, yoga, Pilates, and dance moves to help you tone and strengthen your body.

Car­­dio Boot Camp - Combination of interval training, cardio, and strength to start your workday. Class will have many different formats to keep your workout intense each week.

Core Concepts - Build strength, power, and endurance that transcend the training environment into day-to-day functionality.

Open Levels Yoga - These yoga classes stress doing what is right for you this day. Open level yoga classes mean you decide how much to challenge yourself.

Power Sculpt - 30 minutes of sculpting your frame with a variety of moves and equipment.

Seniors In Motion - This class offers functional fitness, weekly blood pressure checks, balance, mobility, coordination work, and socialization opportunities. Seniors in motion will help to improve activities of daily living.

Tabata Camp - Tabata training is one of the most effective types of High Intensity Training.

TAIJIFIT – This is a mind/body workout that combines the best of traditional Taiji (Tai Chi) with modern Western fitness. It’s a workout for any age or fitness level, and you will experience the FLOW of Taiji whether it’s your first class or 100th.

Zumba - Involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo.
